Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Investing For Mummies website and participation in our financial education workshops. By registering for a workshop or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Workshop Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the workshop fee
• Each batch is limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration

Workshop Fee & Payment

• The current workshop fee is ₹16,000 (inclusive of GST) for 8 sessions
• Payment is accepted via UPI transfer to the designated account
• Fee must be paid within 48 hours of registration to secure your seat
• A payment confirmation screenshot or transaction reference is required

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before workshop starts: Full refund minus processing charges if cancelled 7+ days before the first session
• Within 7 days of start: 50% refund of the workshop fee
• After workshop begins: No refunds for sessions already conducted
• Batch transfers may be accommodated based on availability (request at least 3 days in advance)
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

Workshop Conduct

• Participants are expected to attend all 8 sessions for maximum benefit
• Please bring your laptop or iPad for interactive exercises as instructed
• Workshop materials are provided for personal use only and must not be redistributed
• Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times during sessions
• Photography or recording of sessions is not permitted without prior consent

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, handbooks, and resources provided by Investing For Mummies are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.
